Job summary

ADC is seeking a Sr. Sales & Business Development Engineer in Khobar to drive sales in the Saudi market across oil & gas, utilities, petrochemical, and industrial sectors.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, strong technical knowledge, and excellent English communication. Arabic is a plus; willingness to travel within the region is expected. You will coordinate with engineering and proposal teams to secure new orders and support renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 7+ years in sales or technical sales in oil & gas, utilities or petrochemicals.
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial services or related technologies and a proven sales track record.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus and beneficial for Saudi market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and BD strategies to identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in oil & gas, utilities, petrochemical, and industrial sectors.
• Prepare technical and commercial inputs for proposals and participate in visits, presentations, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with engineering, project, service, and proposal teams to address customer requirements and support orders.
