Job summary

Hempel A/S is seeking a Mid-Senior level professional to lead infrastructure business development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, based in Dammam. You will engage with project owners, consultants, EPCs, and contractors to expand Hempel's infrastructure footprint and drive long-term value across targeted accounts.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, strategic selling, and a willingness to travel across the Kingdom to identify and secure new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, project sales, key account management, or commercial roles.
• Experience within infrastructure, construction, industrial, or engineering sectors.
• Experience engaging consultants, contractors, EPCs, developers and project owners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Infrastructure business development strategy in line with Hempel's Energy & Infrastructure objectives.
• Identify and develop growth opportunities across targeted accounts, projects, and value chains.
• Strengthen Hempel's specification position and market presence within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
