Job summary

Hempel seeks an Infrastructure Business Development professional in Dammam to shape and execute growth across energy and infrastructure projects. You will build strategic relationships with project owners, developers, consultants, and EPCs, driving early specification opportunities and long-term opportunities.

You will collaborate with regional sales teams, monitor market and competitor activity, and deliver against commercial KPIs while relocating leadership to Saudi Arabia within the EMEA

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, project sales, or key account management in infrastructure sectors.
• Experience engaging consultants, contractors, EPCs, developers and project owners.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to work independently across a large territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Infrastructure business development strategy aligned with Energy & Infrastructure objectives.
• Identify and develop growth opportunities with targeted accounts, projects, and value chains.
• Build and maintain relationships with project owners, developers, consultants, EPCs, and contractors.
• Engage projects early to drive specifications, approvals, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams and internal stakeholders to support growth.
• Monitor market developments and competitor activities to identify expansion opportunities.
• Deliver against agreed business development and commercial KPIs.
