The Infrastructure Access Delivery Expert is responsible for the installation, configuration, and integration of Radio Access Network (RAN) infrastructure, ensuring efficient deployment and optimal performance. Responsibilities

1. Lead the installation and configuration of RAN equipment, including LTE and 5G technologies, to meet deployment objectives.
2. Conduct testing and troubleshooting of RAN systems to ensure functionality and performance.
3. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to align deployment activities with project requirements and technical specifications.
4. Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies during RAN deployments.
5. Monitor deployment progress, addressing technical challenges and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
6. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation on deployment processes, configurations, and test results.
7. Provide technical support during the integration of RAN systems with transport and core networks.
8. Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing best practices and technical expertise.
