BrandConnect Media is seeking an Indian Executive Chef for a 5-star hotel in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. You will lead the culinary team, design innovative menus for local and international palates, and ensure top-tier dining experiences for guests.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years as an Executive Chef in luxury settings, strong leadership, and fluency in English (Arabic a plus). You will manage kitchen operations and uphold strict health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Strong leadership and team-training ability.
• Excellent knowledge of Indian cuisine as well as other international cuisines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role in a 5-star hotel or fine dining setting.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Our 5-star hotel in Jizan Saudi Arabia is seeking a talented and experienced Indian Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As the head of our kitchen you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and create innovative menus that cater to both local and international tastes
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of all dishes in accordance with hotel standards
• Train and manage kitchen staff including cooks sous chefs and assistants
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
• Monitor food quality and consistency to ensure guest satisfaction
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen

Requirements

• Indian nationality preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant
• Fluent in English Arabic language skills are a plus
• Excellent knowledge of Indian cuisine as well as other international cuisines
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a diverse team
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
