BlueHorizon in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our Indian cuisine team. You will oversee kitchen operations, design menus, and mentor staff to deliver authentic dishes with consistency.

The role requires strong leadership, at least five years in executive chef roles focusing on Indian flavors, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Visa sponsorship is available for non-residents.

Job Title Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our team in creating authentic Indian dishes in Riyadh As an Executive Chef you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations including menu planning food preparation and staff management

Key Responsibilities

• - Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and recipes
• - Ensure high quality and consistency of food preparation and presentation
• - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• - Adhere to all health and safety regulations
