BlueHorizon in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our Indian cuisine team. You will oversee kitchen operations, design menus, and mentor staff to deliver authentic dishes with consistency.

The role requires strong leadership, at least five years in executive chef roles focusing on Indian flavors, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Visa sponsorship is available for non-residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef with a focus on Indian cuisine.
• Extensive knowledge of Indian spices flavors and cooking techniques.
