Job summary

BrandConnect Media is seeking an Indian Executive Chef for a 5-star hotel in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. You will lead the culinary team, design innovative menus for local and international palates, and ensure top-tier dining experiences for guests.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years as an Executive Chef in luxury settings, strong leadership, and fluency in English (Arabic a plus). You will manage kitchen operations and uphold strict health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Strong leadership and team-training ability.
• Excellent knowledge of Indian cuisine as well as other international cuisines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role in a 5-star hotel or fine dining setting.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative menus catering to local and international tastes.
• Oversee preparation and presentation of dishes to hotel standards.
• Train and manage kitchen staff including cooks, sous chefs, and assistants.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operation.
