We are looking for an experienced Indian Chef to join our team at a renowned restaurant in Jeddah Saudi Arabia As an Indian Chef you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes ensuring that they meet the highest quality standards and maintaining a consistent taste

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options
• Develop new recipes and menu items while staying true to traditional Indian flavors
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets presentation standards
• Monitor food stock levels and place orders for supplies as needed
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in proper cooking techniques and hygiene practices
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Indian Chef or relevant role
• In-depth knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine ingredients and cooking methods
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
