Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a plus
• Strong leadership and staff motivation abilities
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia As the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant ensuring high-quality customer service and maintaining a positive work environment for our employees

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant operations including staff scheduling inventory management and budgeting
• Train and supervise restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall performance of the restaurant
• Maintain high standards of food quality safety and cleanliness in accordance with company standards
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health regulations and company standards
• Create schedules for staff based on business needs while ensuring fair distribution of shifts
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or update existing ones based on customer feedback

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
• Excellent communication skills in English Arabic language skills is a plus
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train employees effectively
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary

We offer a competitive salary package of 1100$ per month along with other benefits including visa sponsorship
