Job summary

Four Seasons Riyadh is seeking a Food & Beverage team member based in the Lobby Lounge, delivering refined all-day dining experiences and luxury service.

Minimum two years in F&B within luxury hotels or fine dining, with strong guest service and English communication; Arabic is a plus. Ability to carry trays and operate POS systems is required, with a professional appearance aligned to Four Seasons standards.

Food & Beverage

This position will be based in the Lobby Lounge where colleagues deliver refined all-day dining signature beverages and the renowned Four Seasons afternoon tea experience while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for providing extensive knowledge of our food and beverage offerings ensuring guests receive thoughtful recommendations and a seamless dining experience.
• You will have a thorough understanding of the Lobby Lounge menu including beverages afternoon tea offerings light meals and seasonal specialties.
• Your ability to anticipate guest needs engage in meaningful interactions and maintain Four Seasons service standards will contribute to creating memorable experiences for every guest.

SPA and Wellness

Our world‑class spa features 8 treatment rooms for male guests and 1 treatment room exclusively for female guests complemented by premium wellness facilities and a fully equipped fitness centre. Knowledge and Skills
