Job summary

BHIG—Blue Hydrogen Industrial Gases seeks an experienced HYCO Operations Supervisor for its Jubail site. The role leads the HYCO Steam Methane Reformer unit operations, oversees shift staff, and coordinates with engineering, maintenance and HSSE to ensure safe, reliable production and compliance with corporate standards.

The ideal candidate has a minimum 10 years in gas/petrochemical operations, including 4+ years in line supervision, and a strong background in SIMOPs and process safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Chemical Process Operations (or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years' experience in gas/petrochemical operations with 4+ years in line supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of HYCO Steam Methane Reformer unit and ancillary systems.
• Lead operations staff, plan/coordinate daily production, safety, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance and HSSE for outages and optimised performance.
• Provide coaching and development to staff and ensure compliance with BHIG HSSE policies.
