Job summary

Air Products in Saudi Arabia is seeking a HYCO Shift Supervisor to lead the operations staff across two HYCO Steam Methane Reformer facilities, Off-Gas PSA, and Hydrogen Import Pipeline. You will run daily production meetings, drive targets, and collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering to keep the plant safe and reliable.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in gas or petrochemical environments, with 4+ years in supervision, strong leadership, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, or chemical process operations.
• 10+ years in gas, petrochemical, or related industries with 4+ years in line supervision.
• Proven leadership and ability to train operations staff.
• Experience with safety work permits, LOTO, and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HYCO Steam Methane Reformer operations and field staff.
• Lead startups, shutdowns, and emergencies; coordinate with maintenance and engineering.
• Ensure safety compliance and safe work permits, LOTO.
• Drive production targets, energy efficiency and reliability.
• Coordinate with customer plants and reporting.
