BHIG—Blue Hydrogen Industrial Gases seeks an experienced HYCO Operations Supervisor in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. You will lead the HYCO Steam Methane Reformer operations, manage staff, and coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and HSSE to ensure safe, reliable production.

Responsibilities include directing daily operations, implementing safety work permits, and driving continuous improvement across plant processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Chemical Process Operations or equivalent.
• Experience in gas, petrochemical, or related industries with operations, engineering, or maintenance.
• HyCO knowledge is a plus with demonstrated leadership in supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Provide directions to HYCO unit staff and ancillary equipment as prescribed by work instructions.
• Operate the HYCO unit and pipeline network when required.
• Lead safety, HSSE compliance, and environmental requirements across operations.
