Job summary

Air Products is seeking a HYCO Operations Shift Supervisor to manage the day‑to‑day operation of BHIG facilities, including hydrogen reformer and associated units. You will lead the shift team, coordinate with maintenance and engineering, and ensure safe, reliable operation while maintaining compliance and safety culture.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in chemical/process operations, 10+ years in gas or petrochemical settings with 4+ years in supervision, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, or chemical process operations preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in gas/petrochemical operations, with at least 4 years in line supervision.
• Proven leadership and strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise HYCO shift team including shift leads and operators.
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering for safe, reliable operation.
• Lead safety work permits, LOTO, and preventive maintenance planning.
• Ensure training and development of staff; drive incident investigations and RCA.
