IMPACT MICE is seeking a detail-oriented HR Specialist to support end-to-end HR operations in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on Payroll, Government Relations, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Medical Insurance, and HR Operations to ensure compliant and efficient workforce management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
• Hands-on in HR Operations, Payroll, Recruitment, Government Relations, Employee Relations, and Medical Insurance.
• Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR regulations.
• Familiarity with Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, WPS; Saudi government platforms preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/HR Systems.
• Strong Communication, Organizational, Time Management, and Problem‑Solving Skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple HR tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly Payroll Processing, ensuring accurate salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime, and entitlements.
• Prepare payroll files and ensure compliance with the Wage Protection System (WPS).
• Monitor Attendance, Leaves, Overtime, Allowances, and Payroll Adjustments.
• Manage and update employee records across Saudi government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, etc.).
• Handle Employment Contracts, Iqama, Visas, Renewals, Employee Transfers and related HR transactions.
• Coordinate with government authorities and external service providers for timely transactions.
• Manage End-to-End Recruitment Process from requests to onboarding.
• Prepare Job Offers, Employment Contracts, and pre-employment documentation.
• Manage Employee Relations including inquiries, requests, complaints, leaves, resignations, terminations.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, HR policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage Medical Insurance for employees and dependents, including updates and claims.
• Maintain confidential Employee Records, HR Documentation, and Personnel Files.
• Prepare regular HR Reports and Analytics covering payroll, recruitment, headcount, and transactions.
• Provide day-to-day HR Operations Support across departments.
