Job summary

Specialized Enterprise Systems (SES) is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist in Riyadh to manage the end-to-end payroll cycle in line with Saudi labor law and WPS requirements. You will ensure accurate processing, timely salary transfers, and thorough documentation across SAP HCM and government platforms.

Responsibilities

• Process the full monthly payroll cycle, including salaries, allowances, overtime, deductions, and final settlements.
• Prepare and upload payroll files through WPS via Mudad, ensuring on-time salary transfers.
• Manage GOSI registrations, updates, monthly contributions, and reconciliations.
• Calculate end-of-service benefits, vacation pay, and leave encashments per Saudi Labor Law.
• Maintain payroll data in SAP HCM, ensuring master data accuracy.
• Process payroll-related transactions on Qiwa and other government platforms as required.
• Reconcile payroll accounts monthly with Finance and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle employee payroll inquiries and issue salary certificates and bank letters.
• Support audits by providing accurate payroll records and reports.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and analytics for HR and Finance management.
• Ensure confidentiality of all payroll and compensation data.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage the end-to-end payroll cycle for our workforce . The role ensures accurate, timely, and fully compliant payroll processing in line with Saudi labor law and government platform requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Process the full monthly payroll cycle, including salaries, allowances, overtime, deductions, and final settlements
• Prepare and upload payroll files through the Wage Protection System (WPS) via Mudad, ensuring on-time salary transfers
• Manage GOSI registrations, updates, monthly contributions, and reconciliations
• Calculate end-of-service benefits, vacation pay, and leave encashments in accordance with Saudi Labor Law
• Maintain and update employee payroll data in SAP HCM, ensuring accuracy of master data
• Process payroll-related transactions on Qiwa and other government platforms as required
• Reconcile payroll accounts monthly with Finance and resolve discrepancies

Qualifications & Experience

• 2-3 years of payroll experience in Saudi Arabia
