Job summary

Maaden is seeking a Specialist, HR Operations to support Human Resources Services in implementing operational excellence. You will assist in employee relations, training, project management, recruiting and induction, talent management, compliance, and communications.

The role coordinates leave, visa applications, salary actions, and benefits, conducts investigations into incidents, issues warnings when needed, and liaises with Head Office to ensure policies are followed and properly communicated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3 years’ experience in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Investigate incidents and violations of company rules.
• Issue warning letters with explanations.
• Coordinate and approve employee leave requests.
• Follow up visa and residence permit applications for non-Saudi staff.
• Support safety training and operational excellence.
• Handle salary actions, loans, transport, and policy updates.
• Review leaves against entitlements and approve payments.
• Communicate training needs to Head Office.
• Coordinate recruitment with Riyadh HR to interview candidates.
• Process terminations per contracts and Labor Law.
