Hire Fellows in Saudi Arabia is seeking a detail-oriented HR Officer to support the employee lifecycle for the production team, ensuring onboarding runs smoothly and records, contracts, and statutory HR requirements are kept accurate.

You will work with the Production Director and Kitchen Manager as the first HR point of contact, handling documentation, registrations, deadlines, and reporting while maintaining confidentiality across a fast-growing multi-site operation.

Qualificações

• Saudi national.
• 3-4 years of experience in HR, HR operations, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting employees in production, operations, hospitality, retail, or multi-site environment preferred.
• Familiarity with Saudi labor requirements and government HR platforms, including GOSI and Qiwa.
• Strong onboarding, documentation, contracts, and HR administration understanding.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple HR tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with operational teams and employees at different levels.
• High level of confidentiality and discretion when handling employee information.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate onboarding for new kitchen hires, including documentation, inductions, and system setup.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records for the production facility.
• Ensure employee documentation and HR files are complete and properly maintained.
• Manage statutory registrations and filings in-market (GOSI, Qiwa).
• Track employment contracts, renewals, probation periods, and HR milestones.
• Follow up on upcoming HR actions and deadlines.
• Serve as first HR contact for kitchen employees for general questions.
• Escalate complex issues to HR or management when needed.
• Support Kitchen Manager with attendance tracking and basic workforce reporting.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and employee data.
• Ensure HR processes comply with local labor requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality in handling employee information.
