Job summary

SIHAMCO is seeking an organised HR Onboarding Specialist to manage the complete onboarding journey for new employees in Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate with Recruitment, HR, Operations and Facilities to ensure legal compliance, smooth induction, accommodation readiness and a strong first-week experience.

Responsibilities include end-to-end onboarding, immigration coordination, and maintaining accurate HR records while supporting international assignees and relocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR operations, onboarding or facilities management.
• Experience supporting international recruitment or relocation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for all new hires.
• Coordinate immigration documentation and visa processes.
• Oversee accommodation readiness, transport, and new-hire orientation.
• Maintain onboarding records and HRIS data.
• Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies.
