Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking a detail-oriented Associate HR Analyst to join our team in the Eastern Province. You will collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to drive informed decisions across talent acquisition, engagement, performance, and organizational development.

In this role, you will build reports and dashboards, collaborate with HR and other departments, and support data-driven initiatives while maintaining data integrity and delivering clear insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR, data analysis, or a related function.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical or organizational experience encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with HR systems or ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Compensation and Benefits Support.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with HR analytics software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey data insights effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to the HR team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis on various HR metrics, including recruitment, employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate insights and trends to HR leadership.
• Support the HR team in identifying areas for improvement and developing actionable recommendations based on data findings.
• Assist in the management of HR-related surveys, ensuring data integrity and accuracy in reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather data and support HR initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and databases of HR metrics and analyses.
• Help in the development and implementation of HR analytics tools and systems.
