Job summary

DP World in Jeddah is seeking an experienced data analytics professional to drive HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting for informed decision-making. You will collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources while monitoring Saudization and turnover metrics.

The role requires strong data visualization and forecasting skills, with a focus on automation, accuracy, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver timely insights for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, reporting, HR analytics, or related field.
• Experience in dashboard development, budgeting, financial analysis, and PMO reporting.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and annual reports, dashboards, and KPIs.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related
• field.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, business analysis, reporting, HR
• analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in dashboard development, budgeting, financial analysis, and PMO reporting .
• Experience in reporting automation and process improvement is preferred.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI .
• Strong data analysis, reporting, visualization, and forecasting skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity .
