Job summary

DP World in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced data analytics professional to own reports, dashboards, and HR analytics. You will collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources, identify trends and risks, and provide actionable recommendations for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, or HR analytics.
• Experience in dashboard development, budgeting, financial analysis, and PMO reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and annual reports, dashboards, and KPIs.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related
• field.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, business analysis, reporting, HR
• analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in dashboard development, budgeting, financial analysis, and PMO reporting .
• Experience in reporting automation and process improvement is preferred.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI .
• Strong data analysis, reporting, visualization, and forecasting skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity .
