Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR, data analysis, or a related function.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical or organizational experience encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with HR systems or ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Compensation and Benefits Support.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with HR analytics software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey data insights effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to the HR team.
