Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, or HR analytics.
• Experience in dashboard development, budgeting, financial analysis, and PMO reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and annual reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Collect, validate, analyze, and consolidate data from multiple sources.
• Identify trends, risks, variances, and root causes and provide actionable recommendations.
• Monitor HR analytics, including workforce, Saudization/NITAQAT, headcount, and turnover metrics.
• Support budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, and cost monitoring.
• Monitor project performance, milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations and data visualizations for management.
• Identify opportunities for reporting automation, process improvement, and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide accurate and timely insights for decision-making.
