Job summary

AccorHotel is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to support planning, coordination, implementation, and administration of learning activities across the hotel. You will ensure that employees receive required training aligned with Sofitel standards and hotel objectives.

The role involves coordinating annual L&D plans, internal programs, induction for new hires, maintaining records, and supporting budget compliance. Strong English communication and hospitality experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, hospitality management, education or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of training and development experience in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of training principles, learning methods and employee development practices.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the implementation of the hotel’s annual Learning & Development plan.
• Coordinate internal training programs, workshops and learning activities for all departments.
• Prepare and maintain monthly training calendars and schedules.
• Independently monitor attendance and participation in training programs.
