Job summary

Faena The Red Sea in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Training Administrator to support all training functions, prepare materials, maintain records, and coordinate schedules. The role emphasizes luxury hospitality standards and a positive learning culture.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field, 1–2 years in learning & development or hospitality, bilingual English/Arabic, and familiarity with SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in hospitality or related field is preferred (education section).
• 1–2 years of experience in training, L&D, or hospitality operations.
• Luxury hotel or resort experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with hospitality SOPs and guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support for all training functions.
• Help prepare training materials, presentations, manuals, and SOP documentation.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and employee development files.
• Support employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate training schedules with department heads and employees.
• Support the Training Manager in identifying training needs and development gaps.
• Ensure training rooms and materials are properly prepared and organized.
• Assist in tracking compliance with mandatory training programs (safety, service, brand standards).
• Promote a positive learning culture aligned with FAENA standards.
• Ensure all training activities reflect luxury hospitality expectations and brand values.
• Assist in updating training content to reflect operational changes and service enhancements.

• Basic understanding of training delivery, onboarding, and service standards.

• Familiarity with hospitality SOPs and guest service standards preferred.
