Swissôtel Al Maqam in the Holy City region seeks an Order Taker to join the Room Service team. In this luxury-hotel role you will directly manage the order taking and placing process, coordinating requirements to deliver accurate and timely service to guests.

You will assist guests with menu items, knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, and uphold safety and sanitation policies while maintaining high standards of guest care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Order Taker or in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu items and ingredients.
• Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
