Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of operational experience in hospitality, retail, or catering with HSE exposure.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations for hospitality, retail, and catering services to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support marketing and promotional strategies for retail outlets and catering services.
• Assist in developing plans for retail merchandising, catering menus, and service enhancements.
• Liaise with service providers to maintain high standards in hospitality, retail, and catering operations.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all service areas.
• Assist in budget monitoring and cost control for hospitality, retail, and catering operations.
• Organize and support community events, pop-up shops, and catering services to enrich the KAUST experience.
