Job summary

Eram Talent seeks a Hospitality & Retail Services Specialist to lead leasing, tenant management, development, and hospitality services at KAUST Campus and Thuwal areas. You will coordinate feasibility through construction and lease-up while ensuring top customer experience and compliance.

The role requires robust knowledge of retail operations, leasing, budgeting, and stakeholder management to deliver high-standard services across food and non-food outlets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5 years of progressive experience in retail management or related fields.
• Experience in commercial property leasing.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with financial analysis and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement retail leasing and commercial strategies.
• Identify and negotiate with prospective retail tenants.
• Manage lease agreements and service contracts.
• Oversee retailer onboarding and compliance.
• Coordinate retail development from feasibility to lease-up.
• Support hospitality services and customer experience standards.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, HSE, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop policies, dashboards, and reporting processes.
• Maintain relationships with tenants, providers, and stakeholders.
