Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Riyadh is seeking a Banquet/Sales Coordinator with a passion for delivering exceptional service and supporting successful events to help us create memorable experiences for our guests.

You will coordinate banquet and event bookings from enquiry through completion, assist Sales with proposals and contracts, maintain schedules and liaise with Banquet, Kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
• One+ years of experience in Sales, Banquets, Events, or similar, preferably in a hotel.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills; English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate banquet and event bookings from enquiry through to completion.
• Assist Sales with proposals, contracts, and client correspondence.
• Maintain accurate event details, schedules, and function sheets.
• Coordinate with Banquet, Kitchen and other departments for smooth events.
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and follow up requests.
• Assist with site inspections and promote hotel meeting and banquet facilities.
