Career Nest Academy in Al Khobar seeks an experienced Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry and bakery operations for a premium café concept. You will oversee production, mentor the pastry team, and ensure consistency, quality, and innovation that align with international luxury standards.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of pastry experience, 2–3 in leadership, expertise in high-end pastry and viennoiserie, and a proven ability to manage production planning, cost control, inventory, and vendor

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional pastry experience, including 2-3 years in a leadership role within premium patisserie, fine dining, or upscale cafe concepts.
• Expertise in high-end pastry, viennoiserie, and baked goods with strong attention to flavor balance, texture and presentation.
• Experience managing production planning in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the pastry team with clarity, structure and high-performance standards.
• Contribute to menu development and brand-aligned pastry concepts; oversee tastings and launches.
• Manage food cost, portion control and waste reduction to optimize profitability.
• Oversee inventory, supplier coordination and purchasing to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Ensure production schedules are organized and aligned with daily business needs.
