Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional pastry experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in high-end pastry, viennoiserie, and baked goods.
• Experience managing production planning in a high-volume environment.
• Premium patisserie, fine dining, or upscale café experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pastry and bakery production ensuring quality and luxury standards.
• Lead pastry team, manage daily operations, contribute to menu development and product innovation.
• Control costs, portioning, waste, and inventory management.
• Ensure food safety and regulatory compliance in pastry operations.
