Skills
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Barista to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while maintaining consistent quality, taste, and presentation standards. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role. All nationalities are welcome to apply. Saudi residency is mandatory.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, according to approved recipes and standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation of all beverages.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment properly.
- Adjust coffee extraction, grind size, and milk texture to meet quality standards.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times.
- Take customer orders accurately and handle special requests efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in compliance with KSA regulations.
- Control ingredient usage, minimize waste, and maintain proper stock levels.
- Ensure all coffee equipment, tools, and work areas are clean and well maintained.
- Support the service and kitchen teams during peak hours and busy periods.
- Saudi Residency (Iqama) is mandatory.
