Career Nest Academy in Al Khobar seeks an experienced Head Pastry Chef to lead pastry and bakery operations for a premium café concept. You will shape the venue's identity through exceptional craftsmanship, precision, and innovation, guiding a pastry team and aligning with international luxury standards.

The role covers menu development, product innovation, cost control, and ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years pastry experience with 2–3 years in a leadership role in premium patisserie, fine dining, or upscale café.
• Proven expertise in high-end pastry, viennoiserie, and baked goods with strong flavor, texture, and presentation balance.
• Experience managing production planning in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the pastry team with clear structure and high-performance standards.
• Contribute to menu development, product innovation, and alignment with brand identity.
• Manage food cost, portion control, and waste reduction to optimize profitability.
• Oversee inventory, supplier coordination, and purchasing to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Ensure pastry quality, safety, and compliance with local standards.
