Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of professional pastry experience, including leadership in a premium patisserie, fine dining, or upscale café.
• Proven expertise in high-end pastry, viennoiserie, and baked goods with strong flavor, texture and presentation.
• Experience managing production planning in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all pastry and bakery production ensuring consistency and quality.
• Lead and develop the pastry team, manage daily operations and scheduling.
• Contribute to menu development, product innovation and brand-aligned offerings.
• Manage food cost, portion control and waste reduction to optimise profitability.
