Career Nest Academy is seeking an experienced Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry and bakery operations for a premium café concept in Al Khobar. You will shape the venue's identity through exceptional craftsmanship, innovation, and high standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing production, mentoring the team, contributing to refined menus, and managing costs. The role demands leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for luxury hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of professional pastry experience, including at least 2–3 years in a leadership role within a premium patisserie, fine dining restaurant, or upscale café concept.
• Proven expertise in high-end pastry, viennoiserie, and baked goods, with strong attention to flavor balance, texture, and presentation.
• Experience managing production planning in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all pastry and bakery production, ensuring quality and brand alignment.
• Lead the pastry team, manage daily operations and scheduling.
• Contribute to menu development, product innovation, and cost control.
• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
• Manage inventory, supplier coordination, and purchasing to ensure ingredient quality.
