Career Nest Academy in Al Khobar seeks a visionary Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry and bakery program for a premium café concept. You will drive quality, innovation, and menu direction while upholding international luxury standards.

You will mentor a pastry team, optimize production, control costs, and collaborate with culinary leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences and growth of the brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of professional pastry experience.
• 2–3 years in a leadership role within premium patisserie, fine dining or upscale cafe concept.
• Expertise in high‑end pastry, viennoiserie and baked goods with focus on flavor, texture and presentation.
• Experience managing production planning in a fast paced, high volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all pastry and bakery production to maintain luxury standards.
• Lead the pastry team and manage daily operations.
• Contribute to menu development and product innovation.
• Manage food cost, portion control and waste reduction.
• Ensure strict food safety, hygiene and regulatory compliance across pastry operations.
