The Career Nest is seeking an experienced Head Pastry Chef to lead pastry and bakery operations for a premium café concept in Al Khobar. You will shape the venue's identity through craftsmanship, precision, and innovation, and guide the team to consistent quality and luxurious presentation.

You will oversee all pastry production, contribute to menu development, cost control, and product innovation, while maintaining strict food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of professional pastry experience with 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in high-end pastry, viennoiserie and baked goods with refined presentation.
• Experience managing production planning in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all pastry and bakery production ensuring consistency and quality.
• Lead the pastry team, manage daily operations, and develop menus.
• Control costs, portioning, and waste to optimise profitability.
