Head Chef - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a skilled and creative Head Chef to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, creating and developing new menus, managing inventory and stock levels, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food production
• Create new menus that showcase creativity and cater to customer preferences
• Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness according to hygiene standards set by the company
• Train new kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques, safety procedures, and menu items
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume establishment
• Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Ability to create unique dishes that are visually appealing without compromising on taste or quality
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team of chefs
• Good understanding of cost control measures to maintain profitability
