Head Chef - Fine Dining Restaurant (Egyptian Nationals Preferred)

We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at a high-end fine dining restaurant in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update menus based on seasonal availability and customer preferences
• Train and manage kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and dishwashers
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards
• Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new concepts and special events
• Maintain inventory levels and control food costs by implementing proper ordering procedures
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
• Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team
• Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative menus and dishes
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
