• Answers phone calls and transfers them to the concerned parties.
• Keeps the reception area neat and tidy to present an appropriate image of the hotel.
• Takes and passes on messages to determine urgency and expedite responses.

Responsibilities

• Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job in Hospitality to ensure continuity of work.
• Helps guests check in, by greeting them, providing them with a key, and showing them where their room is located.
• Acts as the first point of contact for enquiries to guests coming into the hotels, in order to answers their questions and be of assistance.
• Answers phone calls and transfers them to the concerned parties
• Ensures the smooth running of the reception area at all times and keeping this neat and tidy, to present an appropriate image of the hotel.
• Takes and passes on messages to determine when something is urgent and expedites a response.
