Job summary

Dallah Albaraka in Riyadh seeks a Hospitality Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day hotel services including housekeeping, catering, banquets and rooms, ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with hospitality policies. You will participate in developing plans and implementing them across the operation.

Responsibilities include budgeting, setting team targets, motivating staff, and organizing work flow to achieve high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 4-6 years of related hospitality operations experience.
• English language proficiency and IT/computer literacy at Level 2.
• Health & Safety Awareness Level 3.
• Strong management and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of hotel services (housekeeping, catering, banquets, rooms) to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Participate in formulating and implementing hospitality plans aligned with company objectives.
• Prepare and manage the Hospitality Hotel budget and ensure activities stay within budget.
• Plan, organize, and distribute work to ensure efficient operations and high performance standards.
• Ensure hotel facilities are well maintained and in good condition.

The jobs in this level are responsible for managing the day to day operations of a hotel and overseeing the services provided to guests such as housekeeping catering banquets rooms etc to ensure enhanced guests satisfaction and alignment with the hospitality policies and procedures Participates in the formulation and implementation of the Hospitality plans to ensure alignment with Dallah s overall objectives and business plans Participates in the development of Hospitality policies and procedures and ensures implementation of all relevant procedural legislative requirements Manages the day-to-day operations of Hospitality by facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards Prepares the Hospitality Hotel budget and ensures that the activities within this unit is implemented processed as per the assigned budget Manages the effective achievement of department objectives by setting individual targets developing and motivating staff in order to maximize subordinate s performance Plans and organizes hotel services and distributing the work amongst the team to ensure the effective and efficient flow of work and enhanced customer satisfaction Ensures that hotel facilities are well maintained and are off good condition
