Job summary

Dallah Enterprise Medina is seeking a Hospitality Supervisor to oversee front desk and floor operations, ensuring guest needs are met and the hotel runs smoothly.

You will implement policies, supervise staff, assist with check-ins, guide guests on hotel facilities, and maintain health and safety standards.

If you have a Diploma in Administration or Hospitality and 2–4 years of related experience, you will contribute to high performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma degree in Administration or Hospitality.
• 2-4 years of related experience.
• Strong guest service and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Participates in implementing Hospitality policies and procedures to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Supervises day-to-day Hospitality operations, guiding staff to achieve high performance standards.
• Supervises subordinates to ensure efficient work within their area of hospitality.
• Assists guests during check-in and orientation with regards to hotel facilities.
• Provides advice to guests regarding hotel facilities and other queries to ensure satisfaction.
• Manages the reception/floor workflow for smooth operations.
• Assists in training the front desk and workers to develop capabilities and skills.
• Ensures housekeeping activities adhere to health and safety codes.

Job description

The jobs in this level are responsible for providing the required services to guests to ensure that their needs are met and the hotel is running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the implementation of Hospitality policies, and procedures to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled.


• Supervises the day to day operations of Hospitality providing some guidance in facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.


• Supervises the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of the Hospitality is carried out in an efficient manner.


• Supervises the process for assisting guests during check in and orientation with regards to hotel facilities.


• Provides advise to the guests whenever needed with regards to hotel facilities and any other queries to ensure that guests are satisfied and requirements are met.


• Manages the concerned area (reception/floor) work flow to ensure the effective and smooth running of operations.


• Assists in training the front desk and workers to ensure their capabilities and skills are developed.


• Ensures that the housekeeping activities adhere to the health and safety codes.
