Job summary

Accor in Medina is seeking a friendly Reservations Agent to handle guest bookings via phone, email and online channels while delivering excellent service and maximizing occupancy. You will process reservations, respond to inquiries, upsell hotel services, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Strong communication and English skills are essential. Experience with reservation systems and Microsoft Office is preferred, and you must be able to work under pressure

Qualifications

• Previous experience in reservations, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of reservation systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong sales and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle and process room reservations accurately and efficiently
• Respond to guest inquiries via phone email and booking platforms
• Update modify and cancel reservations in the system when required
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
• Promote hotel services and upsell when possible
• Monitor online travel agent OTA messages and booking requests
• Maintain accurate reservation records and prepare daily reports
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and professionalism
