Accor is seeking a Front Office Supervisor in Medina to oversee Reception staff during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and top service standards. The role requires coordinating with Housekeeping, Concierge and Engineering, and actively managing guest needs and VIP arrivals.

You will supervise front desk cashiers, assist with disbursements, and ensure continuous contact between departments for seamless guest experiences. Strong English/Arabic skills and a hospitality diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English and Arabic (verbal & written).
• Third language is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Receptionists and shifts to ensure smooth front desk service.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Butler, Concierge and Engineering.
• Greet VIP guests and manage arrivals/departures; monitor wait times.
• Liaise with departments on special guest requirements (uniforms, flowers, etc.).
• Hand over between shifts and communicate any issues or special requirements.
