Job summary

Accor in Medina is seeking a friendly Reservations Agent to handle guest bookings via phone, email and online channels while delivering excellent service and maximizing occupancy. You will process reservations, respond to inquiries, upsell hotel services, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Strong communication and English skills are essential. Experience with reservation systems and Microsoft Office is preferred, and you must be able to work under pressure
