Job summary

Accor in Medina seeks a Front Office/Guest Services professional to warmly welcome guests and assist with inquiries, directions, and local recommendations. You will be a visible lobby presence, ensuring personalized service and resolving issues promptly.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in hospitality (or related field), has at least 1 year of relevant experience, and demonstrates excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism at arrival and departure.
• Act as lobby point of contact for inquiries, directions, hotel information and local recommendations.
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, and other requests.
• Promote hotel facilities, services, dining outlets and events; support service recovery when needed.
