Job summary

Jumeirah The Red Sea in Umluj, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Assistant Butlers Manager to oversee day-to-day guest relations, uphold service standards, and ensure memorable luxury experiences for our guests.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years as Shift Leader in Butler or Guest Services, a Bachelor’s in Hotel Management, and proficiency with Opera and HotSOS, with strong leadership and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as Shift Leader in Butler or Guest Services in a 5-star environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Proficient with Opera and HotSOS systems.
• Strong leadership and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Butler Manager in day-to-day operation and ensure service standards are met.
• Lead, motivate and develop the Butler Team to maximize guest satisfaction and COS scores.
• Conduct regular quality checks on floors, receptions and pantries; report issues and implement improvements.
• Maintain Annual Vacation Plan, Weekly Duty Rosters and staffing requirements.
• Build rapport with repeat guests and anticipate guest needs.
