The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in Front Office, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role within a luxury 5-star hotel; strong leadership, guest relations, conflict resolution, and knowledge of hotel management systems; fluent English; ability to lead multicultural teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in Front Office operations in luxury hotels.
• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or Duty Manager role.
• Strong leadership and guest relations skills.
• Proficient in hotel management systems and procedures.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office operations and ensure service standards.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with Housekeeping and Concierge.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and complex booking situations.
• Conduct briefings and maintain lobby appearance.
