Job summary

Jumeirah The Red Sea in Umluj, Saudi Arabia, invites a dedicated Duty Manager to lead Front Office operations and uphold the brand’s renowned service standards. You will oversee guest interactions, room inspections, and coordination with Housekeeping and Concierge teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years in luxury hotel Guest Services or Front Office, strong PMS and MS Office skills, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Guest Services, Public Relations, or Front Office within luxury hospitality
• Solid technical expertise with Property Management Systems and Front Office applications
• Excellent English proficiency (local language preferred) and strong communication skills
• Ability to adapt to shift work and diverse cultures with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Office operations to meet Jumeirah standards and property strategy
• Conduct room inspections for availability and compliance with standards
• Coordinate activities to improve departmental cooperation and service delivery
• Attend daily briefings and meetings to disseminate information and ensure team alignment
• Manage booking situations including overbooking scenarios when necessary
• Maintain lobby and entrance area cleanliness in coordination with Housekeeping/Concierge
